Pond’s Flawless White Re-brightening Night Treatment Cream – Review!

Heyya gals..I am bacccc.. after quite a long break!

Today I will be reviewing a night cream from Pond’s – the Pond’s Flawless White Re-Brightening Night Treatment Cream.

Do you really think one needs to apply a cream in the night on the face/neck before hitting the bed or it is just okay to sleep over after a face wash and let the skin breathe?

Well I would say – Yes! You have to let your skin breathe but not by way of skipping a night cream.

Remove all the makeup so that your skin breathes, give it a night treatment with a good cream – so that your skin is repaired for the damages over the day!

Price: INR 449 for 50 g.

I did get this on some discount at the H&G stores, but do not remember exactly how much!

Shelf life: 2 yrs.

Key Ingredients:

Niacinamide, Allantoin, Glycerine, Isopropyl myristate, Water.

It comes in this cute, diya-shaped, white & pink glass jar. The glass jar is quite heavy and the lid fits snugly to the container.

There was a white plastic inner lid as well – which I through away, since it was bothering to remove it every night and then have it back… 🙂

The packaging is cute, stylish, girly… all in all – but not travel friendly being heavy & made of glass.

What the product claims:

Contains new VAO-B3 complex.

VAO-B3 > Vitamin E, Allantoin & Optics powered Vit.B3

The way I see it:

This is my second purchase from the Pond’s Flawless White range. I have already used the FACE WASH from this range which is reviewed here.

First I was floored by the fragrance.. the characteristic of the flawless white range.. very feminine, soothing & light.. the smell lingers around for sometime and faints slowly..

Second.. the way the cream felt on my skin… smooooooooooth!

The cream is white and a little thick in texture… but once applied on the skin it gets absorbed so easily and effortlessly..

It does not make the skin greasy or say over-hydrated.. thus making it suitable for oily skinned beauties too.

Wait..wait.. did you just decide this is not for you since you are a dry-skinned femme??

Its your turn to be happy too.. well I am dry skinned too & feel that this cream moisturises my skin aptly.. 🙂

And for those with sensitive skin.. I am sure this would suit them too.. but it has all the right ingredients and never broke me out even once! 😀

I have been using this throughout the summers & now its monsoon here in my part of world.. still I don’t feel the need to switch to another night cream… all season product!

A little goes a long way…  instant smoothness & I wake up every morning to soft skin..

Coming to whitening?  I don’t believe any product can make you “WHITE”.. and wish.. you too believe in the same..

Well this cream calls itself a re-brightening treatment…. and yes! it does makes one skin bright immediately upon application.. it is short-lived though..

Yeah.. its a little pricey .. but totally worth the money…!

The ‘Yes’ factors:

  • Cute packaging
  • Moisturises skin nicely
  • Suitable for all skin types
  • All season product
  • Does not breakout
  • Gives subtle brightness upon application

The ‘Nay’ factors:

  • Heavy glass jar
  • Only key ingredients mentioned

HnB rating: 4.5/5

Repurchase? – Well.. I am totally in love with this cream.. but would like to explore more from Olay & Pond’s Age Miracle and settle for a HG night cream 🙂

Recommend? – Go grab it sooooon!
