PAC Cosmetics has been making waves in the Indian beauty segment with their high quality professional makeup that are very affordable too. I got all five of the newly launched PAC Cosmetics Long Lasting Kohl Swatches & Review in this post today.
PAC Cosmetics Long Lasting Kohl Eyeliners got launched just about 10 days ago in 5 shades. I was at the stores recently, loved these and ended up picking all of them.
The pencils look gorgeous with bright silver graphics and labelling and smudger at one end. They come in individual zipper pouches, so that they don’t create a mess when carried in purses/makeup bags.
All the five shades are highly pigmented and very creamy to apply. They feel like gel liners to apply and in finish. They glide very easily on the eyes and no tugging required.
I always use 2 coats of any liner to get desired color and same with these too. These are waterproof and smudge-proof and have not caused any issue on my sensitive, watery eyes so far.
These set very quickly too and don’t budge post that. In case, you wanna do a smoky look with these, you got to be quick with smudging them out. The smudger at the end of the pencil is decent and comes handy.
The five shades launched in the PAC Cosmetics Long Lasting Kohl Eyeliners are –
- Coffee Brown
- Navy Blue
- Forest Green

I also did a quick under 4 minutes video for these eyeliners –
A little about the shades –
Black – Deep black, but not the darkest around.
Skin – Champagne pink shade that will look great on fair-medium skin tones.
Coffee Brown – True to name, one of the best browns I have come across.
Navy Blue – Actually a turquoise blue with a metallic sheen. Looks beautiful on the waterline.
Forest Green – True to name, has a slight metallic jade look to it.
They stay put on me practically the whole day (about 7-8 hrs) without smudging. They only tend to fade lightly towards the end of the day.
These are not any unique shades and most brands have these colors in their eyeliner range too. Skin can be considered a welcome change, since most brands do not make nudes for the eyes.
The metallic blue and green shades are not OTT and are good for work wear too.
Pricing may be felt slightly high but I think the quality makes up for it.
PRICE – INR 395 each
I am totally digging at these currently and recommend to pick these, if you are in the market for long staying, water & smudge proof eye liners.
