Hello beauties..How did Monday go? Mine went sick! ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™‚

This is the toner I am currently using for my CMTM routine( know more HERE) and totally loving it! ๐Ÿ™‚

Keep reading to know more about this toner..

Price: INR 349 for 150 ml. (It is available on offers quite often..I picked this for INR 229 in June)

Aqua, PEG40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Parfum, Panthenol, Sodium Citrate, Methylparaben, Disodium EDTA, Propylparaben, Ethylparaben, Lavandula Angustifolia Extract, Linalool, Vaccinium Myrrtillus Extract, Citric Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, CI 17200.

Shelf life: 3 yrs.

It comes in a transparent plastic bottle with a white screw-on lid. The bottle is strudy enough and can withstand travelling or even dropping down couple of times!

It has a plastic inner cork with an aperture that lets the toner flow out, which is of decent size and helps in avoiding product wastage.

What the product claims:

Calming toner with organic blueberry & lavender extract.

Apply with cotton pad. FOR ALL SKIN TYPES!

The way I see it:

I was SOLD just by the mention ofย blueberry + lavender in the catalogue.. I went to the GRABBB mode!!!

It is a pleasure to the olfactory! ๐Ÿ™‚ If you like how blueberries taste or smell + lavender fragrance… you are KILLED!

It smells ofย fresh blueberries (but I keeping thinking it actually smells of blueberry cheesecake..Slurp!) with a mild note of lavender.

The smells won’t overpower your senses – but will definitely leave a fresh note on your sniffers! ๐Ÿ™‚

Infact I actually keep sniffing at the toner many times over a day — just to get my daily dose of blueberry!
Weird.. I know!

Enough said about the fragrance.. now coming to how it works…

The liquid is of lilac colour and froths up a little bit upon shaking the bottle.

The toner does not have alochol content – so it won’t dry out your skin and making it suitable for sensitive skin too..

It get rids of dirt and left over makeup if any post cleansing nicely.. I could actually see dirt pulled off from my neck area in good amounts in the cotton pad.

Only little of the liquid is good enough for entire face & neck.. thus a little goes a long way..

The skin feels mildly tightened after applying the toner…which I kinda love..

I don’t have any pore problems, so really cannot comment on that…hope it works in that area too!

It adds a subtle glow to the skin and I also have a feeling that it moisturises my skin a little bit… I need only very less of my cream than before.. so far so good! ๐Ÿ™‚

As the name goes, it is truly a calming toner – with lavender known for its relaxing & soothing properties!

Quite innovative of a product to contain blueberry – which is hoarded with antioxidants! ๐Ÿ™‚

The ‘Yes’ factors:

  • Decent packaging
  • Scintillatingย fragrance of blueberries+lavender
  • Calms down the senses
  • No alcohol content
  • Suitable for all skin types
  • Adds a subtle glow
  • Only little qty required ofr each use

The ‘Nay’ factors:

I actually don’t have any cons for this product. Still here are few common things:

  • Could haveย come in a pump dispenser
  • Some might find it pricey for a toner
  • Need Oriflame consultants to buy/ship

HnB rating: 5/5

Repurchase? – Yo baby! This is my HG toner…

Reccomend? – GO FOR IT! Even if it does not work as a good toner upto your expectations, it will make up for a great body splash or facial mist! ๐Ÿ˜€
