These masks are made out of simple and single ingredients… that can work wonders on your skin while your taste buds enjoy them too!
1. Corn Mask – For Dry Skin
The high protein and fat content in corn helps soothe dry skin and provides the much needed hydration.
Grate a corn ear and strain. Apply the milky liquid by patting it on your skin and allow it to remain for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water.
2. Watermelon Pack – for Aging Skin
Watermelon helps to tone the skin and is loaded with Vitamins – A, B & C.
Cut the melon into paper-thin slices. Lie down and place them all over your face & neck. Remove after 15-20 minutes and wash off with cold water.
One other method would be to crush melon slices and apply them on the face as a thick mask.
3. Tomato Mask – For Oily Skin
Tomatoes are mildly acidic in nature thus making them highly suitable for oily & acne prone skin.
Extract fresh juice from ripe tomatoes. Use a cotton ball to apply the juice evenly on face and neck as a thin layer. Wash after 10 minutes of application.
4. Raspberry Pack – For Sun-affected skin
Raspberries are great for a after sun-exposure mask. They have a cooling and soothing effect on the skin and are loaded with antioxidants.
Mash the berries, add a little honey to it and apply all over the skin and leave for 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.
5. For Normal skin
Corn Mask & Watermelon Pack are equally good for normal skinned people.
6. For Sensitive skin
Use the tomato mask. Instead of ripe tomatoes, go for the yellow ones which are less acidic.
