A very cute and girly packaging in a sea blue tube and a metallic, pastel plum lid. Impressive!
The way I see it:
I was quite excited about this product and have been using this for a while now, before I decided to pen down its review today.
Upon seeing the shades over internet, decided that 02 Radiance would be the closest shade that would suit me… and gosh… I was not wrong! 🙂
Its easy to blend on the face, gives sun protection with SPF 21 and PA+++, which is decent enough.
The color and the consistency, both are that of a foundation and the tube’s nozzle has too small a hole – which actually helps in taking the right amount for each application.
A pea-sized amount would be good enough for both the face and neck and yes.. it does instantly brighten the face. But when you apply pressed powder or compact over it, the face looks white-casted.
BB creams do take time settle in the skin and so don’t be startled about this whitecast. After say about 10-15 minutes, the look is natural and dewy finish… which I personally like.
Thought the product claims its hydrates, I would recommend normal or dry skinned beauties to apply moisturiser before this cream. It ain’t that hydrating! Oily skinned dolls can give your moisturiser a miss.. 🙂
It provides medium coverage only and a concealer is must if you want no blemishes or dark circles to show up.
It has not caused any breakouts to me so far.. and I am really happy with my first BB cream. The packaging is good enough for a month’s use even if used daily… pocket-friendly too for a trial!
Please see swatches below.
You can see the difference between my wrist and the palm (where BB cream was applied). Palm looks moisturised and bright too.
The ‘Yes’ factors:
  • Cute, comfy packaging
  • Presence of SPF
  • Blends well
  • Brightens the face
  • Causes no breakouts
  • Pocket friendly price
The ‘Nay’ factors:
  • Available online only in very few sites
  • No full coverage
  • Very few shades available
HnB rating:
Availability: 3/5
Price: 4/5
Packaging: 5/5
Overall product: 4/5
Repurchase? Why not… this BB cream would be handy when you don’t have the time for your makeup routine or while travelling..
Recommend? Yes… try this once for sure… but be careful about the best shade for you!
